Todd K. Miller, Assistant Vice President for Campus Planning, Design, and Construction at New Jersey Institute of Technology, started his career working in the field of architecture and construction management. He has experience working in both the public and private sectors, K-12 school districts, healthcare facilities and higher education. Prior to coming to NJIT, he served as Vice President for Operations at Centenary College, where his major responsibilities included planning, design, and construction management for renovations and new construction. He has also worked as a consultant to school districts and libraries requiring project management oversight on their construction projects.
Miller obtained a bachelor’s degree in architecture from New Jersey Institute of Technology. He also earned an associate’s degree in construction technology & architecture from Orange County Community College, Middletown, New York.

The department has one office located at our main Newark campus. Our team consists of architects, engineers and construction professionals with years of experience in the industry.
