Teaching & Research Laboratory Renovation

Ongoing laboratory upgrades in both research and instructional spaces around campus with the goal to further cater to the multidisciplinary needs of individual departments. Current renovation is occuring in Tiernan hall rooms 109 and 206.

Tiernan Hall Teaching Laboratory Renovation will provide the students and faculty with upgraded teaching laboratories and building utilities. A rooftop mounted chiller and piping supply cooling to two air handling units will be installed in the building. These will be contained within the sound attenuated mechanical rooms located in laboratory 109 and 206. Additionally, upgraded steel casework, desktop mounted utilities, owner furnished equipment, and specialized equipment will be installed in both laboratories in order to further benefit instruction in these spaces.
