The Finance Division has launched a EAB led training series designed to equip all budget units with the essential skills and knowledge needed to successfully transition operationally to a decentralized performance-based budget model.
The training will be delivered through a combination of on-site workshops and virtual sessions facilitated in partnership with EAB. Participants should include vice presidents, deans, department chairs, and relevant staff.
