If you need to submit an application, please follow the instructions for online submission provided on our website and use the OGI APPLICATION & DOCUMENT REQUEST/SUBMISSION FORM.
OPT and STEM OPT applications must be mailed or dropped off in person. There is a drop-box inside the front door strictly for OPT and STEM OPT applications, or the applications may be slid under the office door, if closed.
In-Person "Drop-In" Advising
The OGI advisers will be available for in-person "drop-in" advising during the following times:
