Project Timeline
Project SPARK Go Live: July 2026
*Workday Adaptive (for Budget) will be implemented in Fall 2026
Project Implementation Phases
January 2025 - May 2025
Project team members, with input from key stakeholders, will design foundational elements for the Workday Implementation, including business process redesign for key processes. These will be identified collaboratively by plotting the processes in terms of complexity (number of steps) and the greatest potential for process improvement. Additionally, the project team will engage in a broad range of preparatory activities around project management, change management, initial review and analysis of the HCM and Finance data and an inventory of integrations.
