There is no limitation or firm policy on the number of awards one can receive.
While the number of pages may increase to accommodate the CVs of all nominees, the remainder of the support materials should follow the original limitations. If there is a team nomination, the support letters should speak to the impact of the team rather than any individual.
No, any Chair, Dean, Vice Provost or Vice President can submit a nomination for anyone in any appropriate category. Nominations do not have to come through a reporting structure.
There are no restrictions on renominations. Since nominations come from Chairs, Deans, Vice Provosts and Vice Presidents, it will be up to them to decide on whether or not they wish to put someone forward again.
While the nominator may request information from the nominee to provide supporting materials or CVs, it is ultimately the responsibility of the nominator to prepare and submit the nomination package for consideration.
There is no restriction on the number of years of service to be nominated for an Excellence in Teaching Award.
