This program offers Federal Work Study eligible students the option of working in a non-profit agency, small business, or school to earn their work study award.
Our Community Federal Work Study programs offer eligible students the option of working in community-based non-profit agencies, public schools, governmental agencies, or small businesses to earn their work-study award. The Community Service Work Study, Federal Work Study Experiment, and America Learns programs provide students the opportunity to earn part of the funds needed to cover educational cost and offers organizations an economical way to meet short-term staffing needs.
Students will receive a paycheck bi-weekly to assist in meeting their financial needs. Federal Work Study funds will not be directly applied to your bill. See below for some of the things our students are doing.
