A Hybrid course counts as a face-to-face course for the purposes of full-time enrollment for international students.
2. Are Converged Learning courses considered face-to-face or online?
F-1 and J-1 students are required to attend all Converged Learning courses face-to-face.
3. Are HyFlex courses considered online?

How many in-person or face-to-face courses am I required to enroll in each semester?
Undergraduate students: You are required to enroll in at least 9 credits in person (face-to-face, hybrid, or converged learning) each semester. Full-time enrollment is 12 credits.
Graduate students: You are required to enroll in at least 6 credits in person (face-to-face, hybrid, or converged learning) each semester. Full-time enrollment is 9 credits.
4. How many online courses can I enroll in each semester?
As many as you'd like as long as you meet the minimum number of in-person credits required. Here are a few examples:
Undergraduate students: 9 in-person credits + 3 online credits = 12 credits; or
9 in-person credits + 6 online credits = 15 credits
Graduate students: 6 in person credits + 3 online= 9 credits; or
6 in-person credits + 6 online = 12 credits.
5. Are there any limits on online credits in my last semester?
Yes. You must always have at least one in-person class (face-to-face, hybrid, or converged learning) in your final semester, even if it's during the summer term!
