Student Wellness Program
Peer Wellness Coaching supports students optimal well-being by empowering them to make decisions, set goals, and take action to experience a satisfying life balance.
Services are provided by specially trained student coaches under the supervision of NJIT’s Campus Health and Wellness Services.
(Peer Wellness Coaching is not a substitute for professional counseling or health services.)
Fall 2024 Hours:
TUESDAYS between 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
THURSDAYS between 10:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Appointments can be scheduled through Navigate and walk-ins are also welcome.

Coaching takes place in The Center for Peer Wellness Coaching, which is located at the corner of Warren Street and Colden Street (behind NJIT's Smashburger).

Biofeedback is a computer program available to all students, staff, and faculty that uses finger sensors to get a read on your physical state and teaches you ways to self-regulate using mindful breathing.
Biofeedback is a self-guided experience (unless you'd like a coach to be involved in the process). You can reserve a time by clicking here.
