Cross-Registration For Rutgers-Newark Courses

NJIT students registering for Rutgers-Newark courses must complete the registration form designated for Rutgers registration and submit it in person to the Registrar's Office in the Student Services Mall or submit a request using Google Forms. All courses and all grades received at Rutgers-Newark are posted on the NJIT transcript.

*For Summer and Winter semesters, student do not need Cross-Register, register directly at Rutgers-Newark

Registration for Another Institution

NJIT continuing students who are seeking to take courses at another school, must complete and follow the instructions listed on each section of the form below. Final authorization will be issued for students who receive approval from the academic department that oversees the specific subject. Student must be in good academic standing.
