2025-2026 Continuing Student Room Selection

Please consider watching the recording of the virtual information session for the Current Students Room Selection Process on Friday, February 28th from 11:30am-1pm via Zoom HERE. It walks students through the entire process from submitting their application to selecting their rooms during open room selection.

• Login to your MyHousing Portal view your priority number, reserve current room, complete pull-in app & select room/suitemates.
• Instructions to "Reserve your Current Room".
• Instructions to "View your Priority Number".
• Instructions to "Complete Pull-In Application".
• Instructions to match with your "Selected Roomates and/or Suitemates".

• Login if you are eligible to select a room in Martinson Hall. Honors Scholars must complete the separate "Martinson Hall" Application via the MyHousing Portal by March 3rd to be considered to participate in the Martinson Room Selection process. The Martinson Hall application automatically becomes available to eligible students after they've submitted the general Fall 2025 housing application.

The above Online Room Selection process is for all residence halls.  Students may contact the Residence Life Office (reslife@njit.edu) after the process ends towards the end of March to see if apartments are still available.

• Once you have matched with individual(s) you want to reside with, you will need to select desired roommates and suitemates via the MyHousing portal. Step-by-step instructions will be made and shared at a later date however, written instructions are shared in the Room Selection Guide on page 25.
