A contract cancelation appeal is a formal request to be released from your housing contract or associated charges. Appeals are for students facing significant changes in circumstances that:
a) prevent them from fulfilling the contract, and
b) cannot be resolved within the residence hall system.
Appeals are accepted during the academic year with required documentation. Your appeal must clearly demonstrate a significant change in circumstances that has occurred since you signed the housing contract. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee its approval. Decisions (full, partial, or denial) are emailed in 7-10 business days.
