Start NJIT Application2
Approval and Nomination 3
Check our list of programs to narrow down your programs of choice.
After deciding on your program and courses, meet with your academic advisor to get course approval
Note that each equivalent class requires approval from respective departments (Math department for a math class)
Meet with Dean of Students Office
Have the Dean of Students Office sign your application, confirming that you are in good academic standing and have no disciplinary action being taken against you.
Meet With Financial Aid
Bring the estimated cost of the program to your financial aid advisor, and discuss the total cost of the trip including what aid and scholarships can be applied.
Next Steps:
A study abroad adviser will review your application and inform you of your next steps. If you are approved to study abroad, you can begin the final application for the program of your choice.
Please note that all students are required to submit a separate, program-specific application based on the program of choice. NJIT’s Study Abroad Application gives you clearance to apply to a program.
