The cleanup and development process encompasses receiving construction and cleanup approvals; integrating cleanup and construction activities; ensuring that all cleanup is done in accordance with regulatory requirements; implementing construction; and completing the redevelopment signified by the property’s sale or lease, including securing tenants.
