Certifications for all Chapters can be completed up to 60 days before the semester begins. There is a week turnaround time once your request is submitted to the office unless there are discrepancies in your selection of courses. Please complete a request form after you register every semester. Students will receive priority registration, so please meet with your academic advisor in a timely fashion.
You must be logged in to your NJIT email account to access the below Google Form. If you receive an error that says "You need permission" then please log into your NJIT email account and try again to access the form.
