The Veteran Students Organization aims to ease the transition for veterans to our higher education institution, supporting them by addressing veteran and scholarly needs and concerns throughout their time at NJIT, and preparing members for graduation and beyond. The VSO helps to facilitate various ceremonies and memorials for September 11th, Memorial Day, and Veterans Day. The VSO is a chapter of Student Veterans of America.
