As NJIT Special State Officers, you are bound by the State ethics regulations which require us to act in a manner giving the public the highest degree of confidence in our integrity and credibility. For guidance, please follow the Uniform Ethics Code and NJIT's Supplemental Code of Ethics when acting on behalf of the University.
New employees must complete ethics training within their first 60 days. Full ethics training is required at least every three years, whether in-person or online. The ethics briefing must be reviewed each year that employees are not expected to complete full online or in-person training.
