The Garden State LSAMP is designed to increase the number of professionals from minority groups that are traditionally underrepresented in STEM fields.

About Us

The program provides support services at many levels to help interested students be successful in STEM majors.

Using best practices for attracting and retaining students in STEM fields, building upon successful programs at each of the partner schools, and establishing an innovative “hub and spoke” design to establish strong real and cyberspace communities, the GS-LSAMP will establish a pipeline for success in the STEM disciplines.
