Guides trace historic landmarks from Newark's past and explores its current vibrancy with visits to galleries, shops, eateries, churches and parks.

Leadership Circle members are invited to an exclusive meet and greet pre-reception prior to the Alumni breakfast.

Alumni, parents, students, faculty, staff and friends are invited to celebrate Homecoming with NJIT’s Deans and Associate Deans. Enjoy a complimentary breakfast while networking with departmental representatives, reconnecting with former classmates and meeting current students.

Distinguished NJIT professor Dr. David Bader will will speak about the transformative potential of artificial intelligence (AI). Bader is known globally for his innovative study of both the history and the cutting edge of computing.

Enjoy a BBQ lunch on the Lower Green with alumni, students, and families. Free for children under 5 and NJIT students.

12:00 – 3:00 p.m. | Makerspace Tours (Makerspace)

The NJIT Makerspace is a rapid prototyping and collaboration facility where engineers, architects, designers, and scientists can create and test ideas, put theory into practice, and turn ideas into reality. Tours will take place 12:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m.

3:00 p.m. | Men’s Soccer Game (Lubetkin Field)

Cheer on the Men's Soccer team as they take on the University of Albany at Lubetkin Field. Tickets will be handed out to those who register prior to entering the game.

3:30 – 5:30 p.m. | Food Truck Festival and Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSI) Celebration (In between Summit Street and CKB)

Enjoy local food truck favorites, music, games and photo booths at the Food Truck Festival! To celebrate our HSI designation, we’re incorporating aspects of Hispanic and Latino history and culture throughout the event. Food trucks will offer a variety of food and beverages for attendees to purchase a la carte.
