Confirm Your Enrollment & Next Steps
THE FOLLOWING STEPS REQUIRE IMMEDIATE ACTION
Step 1:
Please confirm your intent to enroll with the $250 tuition deposit. You must deposit by August 1st if you intend to enroll in the Spring semester.
Step 2:
Click here to confirm the courses you are enrolled in at your community college
Step 3:
Submit your Official High school Transcript (if you have not already done so):
Please make sure you submit all official transcripts (final high school as well as college-level credit that you received prior to NJIT.) We will evaluate your transfer credits and provide you with an advanced standing credit evaluation via Highlander Pipeline. This step is crucial for ou to register for courses at NJIT. Send transcripts to:

Step 4:
Submit Health Information:
Complete the required Student Health Packet
Step 5:
Submit your Health Insurance Waiver:
NJIT automatically provides a group of health insurance plan which is charged to your bill. If you already have health insurance and do not want the NJIT plan, you must complete the health insurance waiver before the start of classes to avoid automatic enrollment in the NJIT plan and a non-refundable charge to your bill – http://www5.njit.edu/bursar/Health_Insurance.php.
Step 6:
File the FAFSA:
If you have not done so already, submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and be sure to list NJIT’s federal school code (0026210). Start your FAFSA.
Step 7:
Set up your NJIT technology accounts:
Create your UCID for computing services access.
Access your MYNJIT/Highlander Pipeline account. This is your campus portal for viewing transfer credits, course registration, financial aid, and other important services.
Set-up your NJIT email account. Your NJIT email address will be the official method of communication for all correspondence from the university.
ADDITIONAL NEXT STEPS PRIOR TO THE SPRING SEMESTER
Campus Housing:
If you plan to live in University housing, please complete the online housing form.
Submit Official Fall Semester Transcripts:
As soon as your Fall semester grades have been posted, please work with your community college to submit your official transcripts to the Office of University Admissions at NJIT:

NJIT Photo ID:
After you have registered for your Spring courses, reach out to the Security Systems, Photo Identification and Parking Services Department in the Laurel Hall Extension to get a Photo ID card (131 Summit Street). Photo ID’s will also be available during the mandatory Spring Registration day.
Parking Permits:
If you plan to park on campus, complete the “Student Parking Registration” form.
Pay your Tuition Bill:
All invoices are sent in mail and electronically to your NJIT student email address. Pay your tuition bill using an approved payment option. There are also payment plans available.
