Study Abroad during your Spring Break and apply your course knowledge while you travel.
See Forensic Science in a New Way
Travel with faculty members to Ottowa, Toronto, and Montreal to see how forensic science is applied in an international location. Students will learn the history and evolution of Forensic Science in Canada, and gain an understanding of the comparative similarities and differences between US and Canadian forensic science when used in the respective legal systems.

Complete the interest form found in the link above and you will receive an application.
Instructions are on the first two pages of the application, and tell you how to complete the application as well as talk about eligibility, expectations, class registration, and visa information, should you need a visa.
The program costs depend on current flight/hotel and other logistic costs which frequently fluctuate with the market, but we will give a range closer to the application deadline, and tthe exact cost will be on the application itself.
Student Financial Aid Services will be able to answer questions regarding financial aid. We recommend looking at scholarships, as well. See below.

Students are responsible for obtaining their visas, however, the Office of Study Abroad can assist with providing visa letters, insurance, and some guidance. Students need to be clear about the paperwork required and their needs.
Students are responsible for handing in completed study abroad program applications, and incomplete applications are not considered. You may email studyabroad@njit.edu with questions.
If you submitted the application before the deadline, then the decision will come after the deadline. Depending upon the number of submissions, it may take 5 to 7 business days to process the applications and respond to applicants.
