The scope of work on this project includes, but is not limited to, the removal of all existing roofing, underlayment, flashings, drainage devices and accessories, and replacement with a new roofing system. Work shall include partial replacement of the existing roof decking as required to provide a structurally intact and damage free substrate to receive the new roofing.
The Weston Hall is an active building that is used each weekday (daytime and evenings) and safe access must be provided for accordingly.
