IMMUNIZATIONS/VACCINATIONS - All required documents must be submitted to the NJIT Health Services portal by January 5th. You will not be able to move in without approved documentation. Submit your vaccination info via the Health Services Portal and visit Student Health Service for details.

CHECKING IN - NEW RESIDENTS ONLY - Returning residents will check in at your building office after winter break. Check in at your assigned building with a valid ID card.
LATE ARRIVALS - If you don’t check in within 48 hours of your scheduled date, you will forfeit your room and be charged a cancelation fee. Contact our office if you plan to arrive late, reslife@njit.edu
MOVING BINS - Moving bins are available, but supplies are limited. We recommend bringing carts or dollies from home.
