IMMUNIZATIONS/VACCINATIONS: Submit all required documents to the Health Services Portal by January 5th.  You cannot move in without approved documentation.  Visit the portal & Student Health Service for details.

CHECKING IN - NEW RESIDENTS ONLY - Returning residents check in at your building office after winter break with a valid ID card.

Move-In Dates & Times: Sunday, January 19 - Monday, January 20, 2025, 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. & 8:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

LATE ARRIVALS - If you don't check in within 48 hours, you forfeit your room and incur a cancellation fee. Contact reslife@njit.edu if you'll be late.

​MOVING BINS - Moving bins are available, but supplies are limited. Bring carts or dollies if possible.

  • Laurel/Oak Halls, Park in the Parking Deck near Laurel Hall, 141 Summit Street, Newark, NJ 07103
  • Greek Village/Martinson (Honors) Hall, Park along Greek Way, Greek Way, Newark, NJ 07103
  • Maple Hall, Use the Maple Hall Parking Deck or park on Wickliff Street, 220 Warren Street, Newark, NJ 07103

MEAL PLANS - Meal plans activate on January 20, 2025, and can be changed until January 31, 2025.  View meal plan hours here.

CLASSES - Classes begin on Tuesday, January 21st.
