A contract cancelation appeal is a formal request to be released from your housing contract or associated charges. Appeals are for students facing significant changes in circumstances that:
The contract cancelation appeal is intended for students who experience significant changes in circumstances beyond their contract which
a) prevent them from fulfilling the contract, and
b) cannot be resolved within the residence hall system.
Appeals are only considered during the current academic year and require supporting documentation. Without it, the appeal will not be reviewed. Submissions does not guarantee a release or fee waiver. Decisions, which may include a full or partial release or denial, will be emailed within 7-10 business days.
