A contract cancelation appeal is a formal request to be released from your housing contract or associated charges. Appeals are for students facing significant changes in circumstances that:
a) prevent them from fulfilling the contract, and
b) cannot be resolved within the residence hall system.
Appeals are accepted during the academic year with required documentation. Submission doesn’t guarantee approval. Decisions (full, partial, or denial) are emailed in 7-10 business days.
