We look forward to welcoming you back to campus next year. As a continuing student, you have the opportunity to select your own room for the coming year. Linked below is an overview of the Room Selection process including important dates.  Please be sure to contact our office via email at reslife@njit.edu or via phone at (973) 596-3039 with any questions.

Please take some time to read the 2025-2026 Living on Campus Guide and the 2025-2026 Terms and Conditions of the housing application and contract.  

View projected 2025-2026 Housing and Dining Rates HERE. These projections are based on an anticipated 3-7% increase from 2024-2025 housing rates. Actual rates may be more or less than the projected amounts and may be confirmed after July 1.

  • Login to your MyHousing Portal to submit to complete the housing application.
  • Access step-by-step instructions to complete the application HERE.
FEBRUARY 28:  VIRTUAL INFORMATION SESSION
  • 11:30am - 1pm

MARCH 11 - MARCH 14, 2025: VIEW YOUR PRIORITY NUMBER, RESERVE YOUR CURRENT ROOM, COMPLETE PULL-IN APPLICATION, SELECT YOUR ROOM/SUITEMATES
MARCH 11 - MARCH 14, 2025: MARTINSON HALL ROOM SELECTION
  • Login if you are eligible to select a room in Martinson Hall. Honors Scholars must complete the separate "Martinson Hall" Application via the MyHousing Portal by March 3rd to be considered to participate in the Martinson Room Selection process. The Martinson Hall application automatically becomes available to eligible students after they've submitted the general Fall 2025 housing application.
MARCH 25 - MARCH 31, 2025: OPEN ROOM SELECTION -
  • Login to select your room!

The above Online Room Selection process is for all residence halls.  Students may contact the Residence Life Office (reslife@njit.edu) after the process ends towards the end of March to see if apartments are still available.
